The personal data collected is processed by La POSTE, which is the data controller, in accordance with regulations relating to the protection of personal data.
This data is processed as part of the performance of the contract binding us, particularly to provide you with customer support before and after the sale regarding the use of the DIGIPOSTE service.
The data collected includes identification and contact information: title, last name, first name, phone number (landline and/or mobile), email address, technical identifiers of the customer, etc. This information is provided by you to enable our customer service to identify you and handle your requests. Once your request is resolved, your data will be anonymized and retained for 13 months before being deleted.
The data processed for support purposes is shared with our subcontractor and is hosted in Europe.
You have the right to access, rectify, and delete your data, as well as the right to object to and limit its processing. These rights can be exercised by providing your full name, postal address, and a copy of both sides of your ID, and sending your request:
